These include Diesel Gas Oil (D2), Jet Fuels (Jet A-1, Jet A), Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), Mazut 100, and Automotive Gas Oil (AGO), among others.
In addition to petroleum products, we have the capability to source and supply various physical commodities, including gold, diamonds, copper, sugar, rice, fertilizers, cement, and cocoa. Procurement Procedure – Ghana (GOLDBOD Compliance Framework)

Procurement Procedure – Ghana (GOLDBOD Compliance Framework)
In accordance with the latest GOLDBOD compliance protocols, any prospective buyer or off-taker wishing to purchase gold from Ghana must first submit the following documents to a nominated Self-Finance Aggregator via Emerald International Consultancy Ltd:
Required Documentation
- Letter of Intent (LOI) or Expression of Interest (EOI)
- Completed KYC (Know Your Customer) or Client Information Sheet (CIS)
- Company Profile
- Due Diligence and Approval Process
Upon receipt, the Self-Finance Aggregator will submit the documents to GOLDBOD and the Bank of Ghana (BOG) for formal due diligence and verification of the buyer’s company.
Once the Bank of Ghana completes its review and approves the buyer, an Engagement Letter will be issued along with designated Bank of Ghana account details. The buyer will then transfer funds equivalent to the minimum trial order of 50kg of gold to the designated account.
- Procurement and Delivery
Upon confirmation of payment, GOLDBOD will credit the Self-Finance Aggregator’s account with the Cedi equivalent, enabling the procurement of gold from licensed small-scale mining companies.
The gold is then delivered to GOLDBOD for processing, verification, and export logistics. Following this, the shipment is dispatched directly to the buyer’s nominated destination, accompanied by all required export and compliance documentation.

The entire process is typically completed within three (3) working days.
This structured procedure ensures full regulatory compliance, transparency, and protection of the buyer’s funds throughout the transaction process.
